  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 package (8 ounces) processed cheese, cubed
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chili peppers, drained

Cook for three to four minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Hot Nacho Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • ½ medium onion, diced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) spicy refried beans
  • 1 cup salsa con queso
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 can (2.5 ounces) sliced black olives
  • ½ cup pickled sliced jalapenos
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

Start by preheating the oven to 350°F.

Take a medium-sized pan and place it on medium-high heat. Add ground beef and season it with cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, and kosher salt. Cook until beef looks brown. Transfer to a bowl, but keep the fat in the pan.

Next, cook the diced onions in the fat. Add the beef when the onions are golden brown. Combine them well.

Now, lay the refried beans in a baking dish. Top it with salsa con queso and follow it with the meat mixture. Bake it in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Next, add a layer of olives, tomatoes, jalapenos, and Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Bake it again for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Layered Nacho Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces light sour cream
  • ½ tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 15.5-ounce jar salsa
  • 1½ to 2 cups shredded Mexican 4-cheese blend
  • Tortilla chips

Directions

Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning in a medium-sized bowl and mix ingredients well.

Spread the cream cheese mixture in a baking dish. Add a layer of spicy salsa sauce on top of the cream cheese mixture. Grate some cheese over it.

Put the baking dish in the refrigerator and chill it for about 30 minutes. The cheese should be firm again. Dig in with sturdy tortilla chips.

Enjoy your Super Bowl party!
