Actress Emma Roberts is able to maintain a slender figure despite being a big fan of fast food. The 25-year-old was recently spotted carrying a pizza slice and a soda around lunchtime in West Hollywood at Village Pizzeria. Roberts can also be found enjoying coffee with on-again boyfriend Even Peters.
Although the Scream Queens star will occasionally indulge with fast food, she mostly follows a strict diet and workout routine to stay in good shape. In April, Roberts was spotted showing off her slender figure in a loose-fitting plain white top and skintight leggings at a fitness center in West Hollywood.
The former Nickelodeon star is able to balance her workouts with her rising acting career. Roberts currently portrays Chanel Oberlin the horror comedy series Scream Queens and is best known for her roles in We’re the Millers, Scream 4, and Valentine’s Day.
Emma Roberts is young and has good genes, and therefore particular diet and workout routines aren’t high priorities. That being said, the niece of Julia Roberts does select certain activities that suit her lifestyle.
Emma Roberts’ Fitness and Workout Routine
Roberts has tried several different exercises and fitness routines; however, she prefers Pilates. Pilates classes contain a system of mind-body exercises that use an exercise mat and can last up to an hour. The workout will target your arms, legs, glutes, back, and core muscles. It is also a low-impact workout that helps improve your strength and flexibility.
The Nancy Drew actress will do Pilates three to four times weekly when her busy schedule allows. Besides Pilates, Roberts likes to ride her bike, jump on the trampoline, and even go for a walk.
She will also often workout at the gym with a trainer. Roberts also enjoys weightlifting to help tone her arms and entire body. Walking is also an excellent activity that helps maintain a healthy weight, improve mood, strengthen bones and muscles, improve coordination and balance, and prevent and manage various health conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes.
Emma Roberts’ Diet and Lifestyle
Emma Roberts has even joked that her favorite workout is eating pizza. Roberts’ Nerve co-star Dave Franco was repulsed by her eating habits throughout the filming of the movie. Franco was sickened by Roberts’s habit of dipping pizza in ranch salad dressing. She would also use the dressing in nearly every meal she consumed during the filming of the adventure-crime thriller. Roberts also loves her sweets.
Despite her junk food eating habits, Roberts says her other meals are healthy, nutrient-dense, and organic. Emma Roberts also consumes lots of water to flush toxins from her body. Her go-to drink is coconut water. Not only is it great for hydration, but it is high in nutrients like phosphorus, calcium, potassium, and magnesium.
