Adriana Lima’s Fit Body and Beauty Secrets Revealed Ahead of Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2016

Brazilian beauty, Adriana Lima, has always amazed her fans with her sylph-like figure and she is all set to walk her 16th Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. The 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will air on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 10:00 p.m. on CBS, and fans are sure to stay tuned in.

Lima loves her workout regimen and her Instagram feeds confirms this. The longstanding Angel is at the peak of her shape, and she admits that she has maintained a fit body by working out at Aerospace High Performance Center in New York City with her boxing trainer, Michael Olajide Jr. She’s always dazzled the runway and her 16th year of cat-walking will be equally as exciting. The Brazilian model and actress is admired by fitness fans for her committed approach to workouts and diet plan. In September 2012, she became a mother for the second time, and amazed her fans by losing all her post-baby fat within a short span of time. This must be encouraging to many new mothers who wish to lose post-baby fat after giving birth.

Lima took to Instagram and talked about her two daughters, Valentina, 7, and Sienna, 4, being her biggest inspiration. She says, “Very emotional now. On way to NYC, it’s the final count down for the VS FashionShow, my 2 angels are my biggest inspiration, strength. They are the reason I will never give up.” The last part of her message, “I will never give up,” is noteworthy. The 35-year-old Angel confesses that she wishes to be a part of the fashion show for another five years before handing over her wings.

The stunning model takes her workouts seriously. She admits that she loves working out and is very committed to her workout routine. She also says that she has not stopped working out since last year’s fashion show.

She loves to include boxing as a part of her workout regimen. She said, “Well, I really love to workout, and boxing definitely is my thing. I started when I was 19, so it’s just a passion that I have.” The model also admits that regardless of being the show, she is at the gym as much as she can. Her boxing workouts probably helps tone her abs and gives her a perfect bikini body. The model loves to post her boxing workouts on Instagram. The Angel also suggested that when you are on the go, push-ups can be a great workout. Her other suggestions are burpees, squats, and shadowboxing. She says, “As long as you do something and break a sweat. It is better than nothing.”

The model admits that working out is a part of her life every day and her job. She told Hollywood Life, “ … my passion is still boxing.” In addition to boxing, the model includes  high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises to tone her muscles. She also does Capoeira (a Brazilian martial arts form combining dance and music with high-speed and power). She also includes jumping rope in her workouts.

Adriana Lima Diet Plan

Lima focuses on a diet plan which achieves her healthy eating goals. She knows that it is important to focus on healthy eating to set a good example for her kids. “I like to make sure that I eat healthy and balanced,” she told Hollywood Life.

A typical breakfast for Lima consists of oatmeal with raisins and egg whites. She may also include Muesli with yogurt or honey. Some days, she will have a glass of milk or coffee. This photo shows the supermodel’s coffee moment.

Lunch for the supermodel consists of fish, chicken, grilled vegetables, or red meat. For a mid-day snack, the model prefers eating raw vegetables like cucumbers and carrots. Lima likes to keep dinner as light as possible and may have only a salad. Fitness experts believe that this helps with weight loss and toning.

The she also loves chocolate cakes and she admitted, “I love chocolate cake, and every time I eat it I just enjoy it so much.” The model posted this photo on Instagram and the caption says it all: “Don’t touch my brigadeiro!”
