Alicia Vikander is a Swedish beauty known for her roles in The Danish Girl, Jason Bourne, and The Light Between Oceans. The stunning actress loves delicious food, and she ensures that she keeps her diet nutritious most of the time. She is aware that unhealthy eating becomes a habit and she does not want to create that habit early on in her life—she knows it will weaken her overall disposition.

She prepares most of her own meals and likes to eat clean. Especially when she has time off, she spends it with friends and family cooking and eating. Michelle Williams is a striking beauty and a noteworthy actress in Hollywood. To stay fit, Williams likes to eat fresh, healthy foods. Although her exact diet plan is unknown, we do know that Williams likes to eat nutritious foods. This may mean that she tries to eat lots of veggies, fruits, and lean sources of protein.

She may also eat predominantly whole foods, as they are the most nutrient dense, and avoid processed foods altogether, although this is not confirmed. Since Williams is a mom to her adorable daughter Matilda, she likes to exercise when she can in order to keep healthy.

Although her schedule is super busy, she sometimes likes to go to the gym or do simple workouts that involve cardio. Her exact diet and workout is unknown; however, what is known is that the actress is consistent with her regimen and does eat healthy while exercising too. The combination of diet and exercise is a recipe for succeeding and looking as good as Balfe does.
