Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s divorce settlement allegedly caused Amber Heard to lose 20 lbs. due to “overwhelming stress”. Amber Heard’s Weight Loss

When sources spotted the actress in June of this year, Amber Heard was looking both blank and frail. After filing a restraining order against Depp, the media attention swirled around speculation of what else could have happened behind closed doors between the two.

The news came as a surprise and appears to have taken a toll on Heard. She was reportedly supposed to be cross examined under oath for the abuse allegations back in June, but wasn’t available due to a fitting for her upcoming movie Justice League.

When Heard arrived for her fitting, she was reportedly sent away due to extreme weight loss (to the tune of an alleged 20 lbs).

Although it has not been confirmed as to how Heard dropped 20 lbs., it could possibly be due to stress. It’s been assumed, although not verified, that Heard has lost her appetite during this stressful time.

Amber Heard’s Daily Diet Plan and Fitness Regimen

Aside from the stress from her current court battle, there are legitimate ways that Heard stays in great shape. The blonde beauty usually has a super toned body—even if it has been looking a little frail of late—so, what are her secrets? A healthy diet and exercise.

The Amber Heard daily diet plan (as I dub it) includes lots of whole, natural foods, lean protein and vegetables. Heard avoids processed foods and likes to prepare the majority of her meals at home, that way she knows what is going into her body. She also makes healthy eating a habit—meaning she is consistent with her approach and focuses on how she feels internally vs. just her physical appearance. Clearly it works because she is typically known for having silky blonde locks and glowing clear skin.

The Amber Heard fitness regimen includes tons of outdoor activity. This woman really likes to have fun during her workouts and prefers the great outdoors to a gym. Some workouts include hiking, running, riding horses, playing tennis and going to Pilates classes. Heard apparently likes to mix things up to keep her workouts exciting –try this strategy is you don’t want to fall into a monotonous routine.
