Did you see Jeremy Renner and Amy Adam’s new movie Arrival at the London Film Festival? Unfortunately I didn’t, but apparently they were looking real fit…oh, sorry, super fit. Try saying it like this, out loud: suuuuuuper fit.
But seriously, how do these celebrities do it? How do they just roll up in a limo, hop out, and look so good? How do they get up there on the big screen and get all half- or full-naked and make us say, Damn?!
Now I don’t know this for sure; after all, everybody’s different and one of the worst things you can do in fitness is compare yourself to someone else.
We all have different shapes and sizes, muscles insertions, and genetics that make us each different, so love yourself. But even if you can’t look exactly like Jeremy Renner, Amy Adams, or your favorite flavor of screen candy, there are some things you can do to lose fat, build muscle, and increase your fitness.
Amy Adams and Jeremy Renner Workout
Stars like Amy Adams have the luxury of hiring high-priced trainers like Tracy Anderson, but the reality is that most of us don’t have the money for that. But Tracy likely doesn’t have any special secrets that any other trainer doesn’t. She knows that by eating right and challenging the body, results will come.
And there are a variety of ways you can train your body. You can do fun activities that promote strength, stability, and flexibility like the S-factor pole dancing fitness program, or you can do Pilates, weight training, rock climbing, plyometrics or whatever gets you excited.
Just be sure to work the muscles so they get stronger, which eventually leads to less fat, more shape, and a hot Hollywood body. Using a mix of weight training, stretching, and cardio is the best way to maximize muscle gains and fat loss, so a well-integrated program is tops.
Amy Adams and Jeremy Renner Diet
Working out is only a small part of where your fat loss and gains will come from. You need to supplement your hard work with the right food; after all, your body needs nutrients for recovery and energy.
Diets that are high in processed foods, junk food and refined sugars will ultimately end up working against you. What you want to focus on is high-protein diets, eating lots of greens and healthy fats, and making sure you’re getting complex carbohydrates like sweet potato and oats to fuel your workouts.
At the end of the day, if you want big muscles like Jeremy Renner, you’re going to have to get about 1.2 – 1.6 g of protein per pound of body weight, 20-30% of your calories from healthy fats, and the rest from complex carbs. You’ll also want a cup or two of greens with every meal. If your goal is to cut fat after some solid muscle building, slowly drop the carbs from your diet at a pace of about 25-50 g per week.
And if you want a slender, smooth physique like Amy Adams, following a similar diet is the way to do it. Men and women’s bodies work differently, so if you’re a woman concerned about bulking up on a high protein diet, don’t worry because you won’t!
