Singer Ariana Grande recently announced her Dangerous Woman Tour on Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show. “I’m very excited, I can’t wait to get on the road again,” she said. A few other dangerous women will also accompany Grande on the tour, namely the girls of Little Mix. The tour is set to start on February 2nd.

Ariana Grande’s Diet to Stay Fit
The singer seems to have shed some pounds recently and is looking slim. There were rumors that Grande was suffering from an eating disorder; however, she denied the rumors, saying that she was never very concerned about her weight.
She recently adopted a vegan diet that slimmed her down, and she stopped eating junk and processed foods. Prior to becoming vegan, she loved eating salmon and red meat, and reportedly ate it almost every day.
Grande told Mail Online, “I have been a vegan for the last few years and it has been a great experience for me.” She has completely gotten rid of food items made from or with animal products. Relying on a plant-based diet to fulfill the body’s requirements for protein, vitamins, and minerals is difficult. Everyday foods like eggs, milk, and butter need to be substituted with plant-based items that provide the same nutritional values.
She further says, “I try and live a healthy lifestyle; eating right, exercise and sleep are all so important. I try and stay really active all the time. I like to hike when I can and being on stage is a great workout.”
She has said that she’s been a victim of hypoglycemia her whole life. She now consumes fresh and organic foods in her diet, which have helped her improve her health and eradicate her health issues. Her weight loss is the result of her healthy eating, and is not the result of a fad diet. Grande doesn’t abide by portion control when she is consuming healthy foods.
Ariana Grande’s Workout
Apart from her healthy diet, Grande’s fitness secret is her workout regimen. She exercises while listening to music to keep her from getting tired and bored. She prefers doing a lot of physical activities like going for a walk with her dog and dancing.
Her favorite cardio workouts are cycling and hiking. To relax her mind, she meditates regularly for 10 to 15 minutes a day.
Her diet and workout is simple to follow—you too can flaunt a body like Grande with enough dedication.
