After spending six years living on her own and eating the stereotypical “student diet,” Erin decided it was time to change her relationship with food. Creating healthy recipes that don’t skimp on flavor, she started to gain more confidence in the kitchen and became more creative with her meals. After changing her diet, Erin found an overall improvement in her mood and energy and she’s stuck with it. Overall, Erin’s approach to food and health is all about balance, fresh ingredients, variety, and (admittedly) the occasional treat.
With a BA in English and Writing, Erin has been writing and editing for more than six years for a variety of publications. In addition to health and wellness through diet, Erin has written on health and fitness, anti-aging, overall wellness, music, and pop culture.
