After graduating from both the English and Translation programs at Glendon College, York University, with a Certificate in Professional and Business Writing and a Certificate of Bilingualism, Wendy Potter worked hard to become what she is now: a 22-year veteran editor and writer with a wide range of knowledge. She brings her linguistic expertise, strong research capabilities, keen eye for detail, and love of the written word to everything she does, including Foods4BetterHealth content.
When she’s not striving to provide readers with news and research on food, nutrition, diet, and everything else related to health, Wendy can be found doing volunteer work with animal welfare organizations, trying her hand at low-carb cooking, or attempting to stay fit playing beach volleyball, doing tai chi, or working out with her personal trainer.
In Wendy’s mind, wellness is all about balance; enjoying life’s (sometimes sinful) pleasures but still caring for your body and being mindful of the wealth of alternative and natural ways to fight off illness and gain optimum health.
