Celebrity cook, cookbook author, and television personality, Ayesha Curry, recently shared some hassle-free Thanksgiving tips on the entertainment-focused television show, Access Hollywood. She spoke to the show’s hosts, Natalie Morales and Kit Hoover, and shared tips on making Thanksgiving meals hassle-free, as well as preparing something special for kids.

Many culinary enthusiasts follow Curry on social media. The celebrity cook who loves to share her food recipes on social media, recently took to Instagram and shared this delicious jalapeno lobster mac and cheese.
The lobster dish reveals her culinary passion. Curry also believes in a healthy lifestyle, and she recently Instagrammed a pic with the hashtag, “drinkyourveggies,” which does look like a good way to consume vegetables.
During the show she shared, “Everyone loves to cook at home,” and her husband and NBA star, Stephen Curry, loves to help out in the kitchen as well. Isn’t it wonderful when everyone in the family contributes and creates some magic in the kitchen? The Curry couple surely seem to believe this.
Curry, recently authored the book entitled, The Seasoned Life: Food, Family, Faith, and the Joy of Eating Well, which is quite popular among her fans. Her cookbook presents a collection of her favorite recipes and food creations, inspired by family recipes and her favorite restaurants. She is also the host of a new series, Ayesha’s Homemade, which aired on October 22, 2016.

Ayesha Curry’s Hassle-Free Thanksgiving Tips
Curry recently shared some simple tips on the Access Hollywood show:
Prepping Ahead: She said preparing ahead will save time while getting the Thanksgiving meal together. She also shared how making a spatchcock chicken with different spices takes her 45 minutes.
Preparing Something Special for Kids: Kids can be picky, and she says that substituting spice with something else could help create dishes that they can really enjoy.
Use Disposables: Since doing dishes can be a chore, she said that she doesn’t mind using disposables.
Ayesha Curry Diet Plan
Curry focuses on a healthy lifestyle for staying fit. She believes in portion control and confesses that she loves food and enjoys cooking. She said, “I am going to eat what I want but in smaller, controlled and less gluttonous amounts.” She tries to incorporate healthier alternatives while cooking, so she may pick brown rice over white rice, or avoid using canola oil and butter, and instead opt for coconut oil and olive oil.
Staying hydrated can help with weight loss and she says that it is important to drink lots of water. To provide your body with essential nutrients, she believes that having a breakfast is a healthy start to the day. She says that a diet plan should include a breakfast and should consist of smoothie, banana, oatmeal, avocado, omelet, or a whole grain cereal.
She prefers an organic diet and says, “I’ve been doing this for a while now but eating a mostly organic diet is just better for your body,” she adds that she doesn’t always consume organic foods but focuses on her ultimate goal of being healthy. Curry likes to opt for healthy snack choices and prefers snacking on fruits, nuts, yogurt, and smoothies. Getting the right amount of sleep and having some sort of multi-vitamins also gets added to her daily routine.
