Victoria Secret Model and wife of Adam Levine, Behati Prinsloo, is working on her post-pregnancy body as she and husband Levine just welcomed their daughter, Dusty Rose, into the world.
The model recently posted a picture of herself on Instagram, which she captioned, “After 3 weeks of breastfeeding every 3 hours, no sleep and nursing my nipples back to life lol, I left the house to see my girls for dinner.
Life is so beautiful, can’t believe how luck I got.” Prinsloo looked great in an oversized sweater dress, and you can begin to tell that she is already losing the pregnancy weight.

Behati Prinsloo Pregnancy and Post-Baby Workout
As a model, it’s important to plan your pregnancy so that it’s long before an upcoming Victoria Secret runway show. This also allows the model to integrate healthy eating and workout habits into her pregnancy to ensure that she stays fit during the pregnancy—this makes it so that it’s easier to drop the pregnancy weight afterwards.
Levine has expressed in interviews that he wants 100 kids, or more kids than would be socially responsible. Prinsloo herself has also expressed that being an only child has made her want to have a lot of children as well. Who knows, this pregnancy may be the start of many other ones to come. This means that Prinsloo must work extra hard on maintaining a healthy body.
When it comes to working out, Prinsloo enjoys Pilates and swimming and takes part in many cardio workouts. Swimming and other water exercises are a great form of exercise because the water adds resistance. It requires great arm and leg strength, so Prinsloo tries to incorporate it into her life as much as possible.
Paddle boarding is another favorite of Prinsloo’s, and it requires tremendous upper body strength along with being a great way to de-stress and clear your mind. She has said in interviews, “The beach is definitely where I feel most at home. It’s my oxygen. I forget how much I need it sometimes when I’m away working. I am a mermaid after all.” As you can tell, Prinsloo tries to focus her activities around the water.
Prinsloo didn’t always follow a healthy eating plan—she used to eat a little amount of food and compensated with smoking. This unhealthy eating style resulted in her having a very low body mass index of less than 18. Now, Prinsloo has changed her diet to include scrambled eggs, avocados, and plenty of water.
Behati Prinsloo is working her way back to her pre-pregnancy body, and so far, it looks great. It will be interesting to see if she can get ready for the upcoming Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, which usually comes around during the holiday season.
