The spectacular annual fashion extravaganza, the 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is just a few days away. There’s already a lot of excitement in the air with the Instagram feeds of stunning 2016 Angels, who are seen boarding their flight to the City of Lights, Paris, for the show that will air on Monday, December 5, 2016.
Supermodel, Behati Prinsloo, will not be walking this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show because she had her baby in September. However, she took a moment to wish luck to all the 2016 Angels for the upcoming show.
Prinsloo posted on Instagram, “Opening the #vsfashionshow for the first time was a dream come true opening twice in a row was just NUTS, still pinching myself. To the girls and crew, good luck in Paris, me and Dusty Rose will be cheering.”
Prinsloo will probably have a wonderful time with her two-month-old daughter, Dusty Rose. Meanwhile, the throwback photo reveals Prinsloo’s enviable figure and the caption hints at her intention of coming back for the 2017 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. She added, “I know the blood sweat and tears that goes into the making of this show and also being in it, this would have been my 10th year. I can’t believe it. Love you all, have fun in Paris and see you next year!!!!”
New parents, Adam Levine and wife, Prinsloo, are an extremely good looking couple who stay focused on keeping in shape through fitness training. Many of Prinsloo’s fans will miss the supermodel during the upcoming show, and will be anxiously awaiting for her return in 2017.

Behati Prinsloo’s Workout Routine
Prinsloo is committed to staying in great shape. She likes to swim regularly which is a good cardiovascular exercise and helps to strengthening legs, arms, hips, and torso muscles. In addition to swimming, she likes to do Pilates, paddle boarding, surfing, and hits the gym for exercises with her trainer.She said, “I try to do Pilates when I can all year around and I also like to swim a lot. I also have a trainer that kicks my butt when it’s needed.”
While preparing for the previous annual catwalk for Victoria’s Secret, she told Allure, “I work out. I eat healthy. I have a trainer.” She continued, “We do weight training, and we do a lot of cardio. We do some Pilates. I do yoga…”
Behati Prinsloo’s Diet Plan
When it comes to diet, Prinsloo believes in eating healthy. She told Elle, “I always have eaten really healthy, but I’m not a diet freak. I’ve done a thing where I would eat a lot of protein and vegetables. I’ve never been an extremist. I usually carry almonds with me.”
She also admits on having tried a juice diet, and not taking to it too well. She prefers drinking juice, rather than following a 10 or 14 day juice cleanse. She may also try to include organic meal options and says, “… there are many organic options that are grab and go.”
Prinsloo prefers having a breakfast which may include scrambled eggs (a low calorie protein source), avocados (a source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B, and E), and toast. She also likes to stay hydrated, which helps in keeping a low appetite and in reducing weight. Lunch would consist of grilled chicken breast and an organic kale quinoa salad.
Dinner may include tuna, salmon sashimi, and sushi with brown rice. She also likes to snack on raw and organic almonds, pumpkin seeds, and golden berries. During her Angels training sessions, she tries to maintain a diet plan which cuts on carbs and told Allure,“I try and cut out artificial sugar and the carbs.”
The 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will mark their 20th anniversary this year, and the brand will surely make the event memorable. Supermodel, Prinsloo, may have missed the catwalk this time, but she hints at a comeback in 2017. With her health goals on staying in great shape, her fans definitely have a lot to learn from her fitness regimen.
