What is your secret to stay fit? Can it be french fries and grilled cheese? Absolutely! This is what one of the Victoria’s Secret Angels eats everyday for lunch. Bella Hadid shared a Snapchat pic of her daily diet that included french fries beside a small bowl of ketchup and some partially eaten golden grilled cheese.
To puzzle her fans, she also Instagrammed a pic of herself in black lingerie, showcasing her super flat tummy and thin legs. Her bikini body contradicts her love of food indulgences and it seems as though she is trying hard to mislead us.

Bella Hadid’s Indulgences
To indulge like Bella Hadid, one must definitely be genetically blessed. Her meals include pizza, diet coke, burgers, and we are aware of the fries and grilled cheese. She says she doesn’t have any particular diet secrets and only drinks green juice once a week.
While most celebrities take the utmost care to stick to a healthy diet before attending any event, Bella Hadid prefers having foods like grilled cheese to feel good!
Bella Hadid’s Healthy Diet to Stay Fit
Bella Hadid doesn’t indulge all the time and she definitely eats healthy. “I’ve been eating hard protein every day, and working out for three hours every day,” she told People. She loves veggie soups and avocado toast. She generally sticks to a clean and nutritious diet when she is traveling.
Unlike others, she has a tendency to lose weight! “My weight fluctuates so much. I really didn’t mean to [lose weight]. Like, I want boobs. I want my ass back. But it’s not my fault.” She continued, “My weight fluctuates and so does everybody’s and I think that if people are gonna judge, that’s the worst you can possibly do because everybody is different.”
If there is an event lined up, Hadid cuts out bread from her diet as she is allergic to it. Bread makes her puffy and bloated. Her sister Gigi Hadid, however, is fond of bread and has it often. She drinks plenty of water to flush out the toxins and to keep her skin glowing.
Bella Hadid’s Workout for Bikini Body
Hadid works out with Rob Piela at Gotham Gym in New York City, and likes to train in isolation. She loves doing cardio like running. She also does yoga and Pilates, and enjoys walking around New York. Her cardio sessions last for 15 minutes followed by other exercises and activities.
Her workout for the VSFS included plenty of muscle work and core training. Similar to her sister Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid also practices one-on-one boxing classes, which are a great full-body workouts.
