Recently Teigen has been sharing her favorite summer food tips that involve sweet potato fries. What makes them so tasty? She uses a special salt seasoning. As a result her sweet potato fries are soft on the inside, crispy on the outside and delicious overall.

For instance, they are a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C, manganese, copper, fiber, iron, and vitamin B6. Research has found that sweet potatoes help balance blood sugar levels and may protect against lung problems.
