Demi Lovato Joins Ex Joe Jonas for Dinner: Beautiful Singer Looked Stunning and Healthy

Demi Lovato looked ravishing and magnetic as she met Joe Jonas for dinner. The singer has known Jonas for a long time, and they maintain their friendship even today. Lovato looked stunning and healthy in her black outfit; she confidently flaunted her figure in skin tight jeans.

Demi Lovato’s Healthy Lifestyle

Lovato has overcome her battle against bulimia, self-harm, and addiction through her healthy lifestyle. She was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and did a stint in a rehabilitation center. Changes in her diet and exercise helped her gain her lost confidence and recover physically and mentally.

Her stage performances help her to burn calories, and when she’s not touring she works out in the morning and at night.

Lovato wants to be a source of inspiration to all those who are suffering with their body image. She was obsessed with food and tired of eating all the time. She changed her diet and now includes four small meals and two snacks a day.

Demi Lovato shared her weekly diet routine.

Day 1

Early morning, oatmeal and egg-white pancake with apple sauce and fruit. Breakfast, turkey lettuce wrap with sweet potato. Lunch , brown rice with chicken stir-fry and spinach. Dinner, pork tenderloin with green beans.

Day 2

Early morning- Oatmeal and egg-white pancake with applesauce and fruit. Breakfast – Chicken tostada on corn tortilla with lettuce. Lunch – Brown rice with turkey chilli and spinach. Dinner – Salmon with asparagus.

Day 3

Early morning- Oatmeal and egg-white pancake with applesauce and fruit. Breakfast – Turkey meatballs with kale salad and sweet potato. Lunch – BBQ pork in a lettuce wrap with sweet potato. Dinner – Chicken stew with spinach.

Day 4

Early morning – Oatmeal and egg-white pancake with applesauce and fruit. Breakfast – Lettuce-wrapped turkey burger with potatoes. Lunch – Chicken chili with lettuce and sweet potato. Dinner – Salmon with asparagus.

Day 5

Early morning – Oatmeal and egg-white pancake with applesauce and fruit. Breakfast – Pork and chilies with kale salad and brown rice. Lunch – Brown rice with chicken stir-fry and spinach. Dinner – Turkey chili with spinach.

Day 6

Early morning – Oatmeal and egg-white pancake with applesauce and fruit. Breakfast – Turkey meatballs with kale salad and sweet potato. Lunch – Pork and pineapple lettuce wrap with sweet potatoes. Dinner – Salmon with asparagus.

Day 7

Early morning – Oatmeal and egg-white pancake with applesauce and fruit. Breakfast – Chicken fajita on a corn tortilla with lettuce. Lunch – Asian lettuce wrap with sweet potato. Dinner – Pork tenderloin with green beans.

Her favorite meal is a turkey patty in a lettuce wrap with vegan cheese, and tacos made with ground turkey and spinach on a corn tortilla topped with lettuce, vegan cheese, and hot sauce.
