Demi Moore’s Daughter Rumer Willis Credits Hip Hop Workouts and Yoga for Hot Bikini Body

Dancing, specifically a hip hop workout, seems to be the weight loss trick for Demi Moore’s daughter Rumer Willis. The 27-year-old actress credits hip hop workouts (specifically Shaun T’s Hip Hop Abs) and yoga for her tremendously toned figure, but it wasn’t until last year’s appearance on Dancing with the Stars that she started to care about getting active.

Being on the show and working out four to five hours a day in rehearsals with partner Val Chmerkovskiy resulted in changes she loved. She went on to win season 20 of Dancing with the Stars thanks to her hard workouts, her diet, and her dedication to learning the right moves.

Rumer Willis and Demi Moore: What Are Their Diet Plans Like?

Willis follows a healthy diet, but admits that before dancing she didn’t work out much (except for yoga)—so exercise clearly has an impact on how she looks and feels. She recognizes that just being skinny isn’t enough; rather, that being strong should be the goal. To that end, she focuses on working her abs, shoulders, and legs to improve strength.

When it comes to dieting, she says that french fries are her guilty pleasure. Other than that she keeps to a clean diet, and avoids gluten, red meat, and dairy products. Chicken, leafy greens, and avocado are mainstays in her daily diet (although she reportedly occasionally enjoys gummy bears).

Whether Demi’s workouts include hip hop dancing and yoga (similar to Rumer’s) is unknown, but she does stick to an exercise schedule that includes cardio and muscle strength training. More importantly, she switches things up to avoid the dreaded plateau (this can often happen when the same exercises are performed over and over again).
