Day Two
Breakfast:
- Oatmeal as described in Day One and 2-3 cups of medium-dark roast coffee
Lunch:
- 1 medium, skinless chicken breast
- 2/3 cup of spiced brown rice and peas
- 1 bottle of spring water
- 1 banana
Snack:
- 4-5 ounces low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt with 1/4 cup raw walnuts
- 1 cup frozen fruit
Dinner:
- 4-5 ounces barbeque salmon
- 1-2 cups grilled vegetables
- 1 bottle of spring water
- 1 peach
Snack:
- 5 ounce can albacore tuna mixed with 3/4 cup spiced brown rice and peas
