These are Dr. Kevin’s personal tips on the best anti-aging foods to eat, to help you look younger and feel better than ever.

Day Two

Breakfast:

  • Oatmeal as described in Day One and 2-3 cups of medium-dark roast coffee

Lunch:

  • 1 medium, skinless chicken breast
  • 2/3 cup of spiced brown rice and peas
  • 1 bottle of spring water
  • 1 banana

Snack:

  • 4-5 ounces low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt with 1/4 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 cup frozen fruit

Dinner:

  • 4-5 ounces barbeque salmon
  • 1-2 cups grilled vegetables
  • 1 bottle of spring water
  • 1 peach

  • 5 ounce can albacore tuna mixed with 3/4 cup spiced brown rice and peas
