  • 1 can of albacore tuna, drained
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1oz of whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Directions

Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Form into two patties. In a skillet, grill the patties with the oil on a medium heat
