Ellie Goulding is so dedicated to her fitness routine, that everyone is speculating she has started dating her personal trainer, Bobby Rich! We caught a glimpse of the blonde enjoying outings with her trainer, and they looked closer than ever. It seemed like she didn’t want to let Rich go, and they were pictured sharing a kiss in the car outside her London home.
They even accompany each other for a run or walk as seen in the pic below.
Goulding felt that her physique needed some improving and says she had flat bum, no boobs, and not much shape. She often overlooked the wonders of healthy eating and workouts. She soon adopted an intense fitness regimen which has transformed her hair, skin, and lifestyle. She told Look magazine that she was very insecure with her body and was scared to go out.
She has noticed multiple benefits because of the new fitness regimen including radiant skin and hair. It has also boosted her confidence, and she feels healthy inside and out. She says, “I’m way more womanly now. I’m a bit more confident with my body. I put it down to eating amazingly well. Now my body’s different, my face shape is different and my eyes are brighter, too.”
The fitness freak sports strong muscles which are a result of boxing. She took to Instagram to share her boxing video in which she is seen passionately throwing punches towards her trainer.
Goulding loves working out to Barry’s Bootcamp and she also runs for 25 minutes to get to the gym. She is known to swiftly run six miles while touring. Afterwards, she will have a nutrient-rich beverage and is all set to rock the stage. The avid runner has run three 78-mile marathons to raise money for charity. She completed her fourth half-marathon in Washington D.C., at an impressive one hour and 41 minutes.
She works on the treadmill and does mat work as well, but it’s her commitment and dedication that has surely helped her, says her trainer, Faisal Abdalla. Goulding does yoga as well to have a leaner, stronger, and energized body. She is also a fan of Capoeira (Brazilian combo of dance and martial arts) which helps tone her hips.
Ellie Goulding Turns Vegan
Goulding’s diet compliments her workouts. She has been a vegetarian since 2013, and she has turned vegan within the last year. Her day starts with healthy a kale and Swiss chard juice drink, and she consumes three meals in a day. Her vegan diet includes kale juices, tofu scrambled eggs and sweet corn, pea and broad bean burgers; which is prepared by her nutritionist and chef, Mary Mattern.
Ellie Goulding’s diet and work out routine has helped shape her physique, as well as gain more confidence and strength. She says she is now strong enough to crack a walnut with her thighs!
