In the past, Ellie Goulding splurged on processed and unhealthy foods which made her plump. She has since completely transformed herself and confidently flaunts an enviable physique. Goulding is in the best shape of her life right now.

She is good at prioritizing things and says music and fitness are her topmost priorities. Working out helps her stay healthy and also increases her stamina which can be witnessed in her live performances.

Ellie Goulding’s Vegan Diet

The British beauty includes healthy food items in her diet.  She follows a vegan diet which helps her shed fat and helps keep her tummy, waist, arms, and legs toned. She confesses to feeling more healthy, energetic, and happy after sticking to a vegan diet. She says her skin and hair have become more radiant, her eyes look more brighter, and even the shape of her face has changed.

Ellie Goulding’s Workouts

Being healthy isn’t anywhere related to a lean physique. It is all about being strong and fit which makes one feel confident. Goulding is so strong that she thinks she can break a walnut with her thighs!

She works out regularly and she doesn’t step back from working out during touring. She runs for six miles daily and is addicted to working out. Goulding says, “The thrill of running is purely physical. I could tell you it’s a spiritual high, but that would be a lie. I’m an endorphin addict.”

Running is not the only exercise she does. She loves yoga and high-energy cardio like Capoeira—a Brazilian martial arts dance which tones your hips. Her muscles and ripped shape inspire her even more to work out with dedication. She said, “For me, exercise is a crucial part of being alive. It’s like breathing.”

Her workouts also consists of boxing. In this video, the singer can be seen punching with all her might.
