Everyone should to workout and Victoria’s Secret models are no exception! Elsa Hosk demonstrated some workout moves that keep her tightly toned at the Train Like An Angel event at Flex Studios in New York City. She wore a sports bra with black leggings and did squats and stretches. She says she is intensifying her workouts as she prepares for the fashion show.
“Now that we’re a month away from the show, I’m stepping up my workouts,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I’m doing a mix between Barre classes, Pilates, running and weight lifting. There’s less of a focus on cardio.” She continues, “I boxed for two years and I loved it, but it was hard on my back and neck; I was building a lot of muscle in my neck and shoulders, so I took a break.”

Elsa Hosk Diet and Workout Routine
Hosk has a simple diet consisting of vegetables, green juices, lentil soup, fried cheese, bacon and eggs, and potato salad.
Her diet plan is as follows:
- Breakfast – She starts her day with protein-rich eggs and bacon.
- Lunch – Her lunch includes a mozzarella and tomato panini with lentil soup.
- Snacks – She says she doesn’t feel the need to snack upon anything as she consumes a heavy meal; it prevents her from getting the hunger strikes for a couple of hours, or at least until the next meal.
If she is eating out, it has to be at her favorite restaurant, The Greek. She orders fried cheese, chicken skewers with rice pilaf, and potato, cucumber, and feta salad.
Hosk loves to drink juices and often heads to Juice Press for green smoothies. She doesn’t like any processed meats and eats organic and natural foods. She eats grilled cheese on occasion and likes to munch on carrots with tzatziki and drink smoothies most of the time. She stocks her fridge up with tomatoes, Greek yogurt, and cucumbers, and drinks lots of water to hydrate herself.
When she has to get in shape for Fashion Week, she consumes lots of green smoothies and incorporates boxing in her workout routine. She trains with her boxing coach Kwame Davis. It is her favorite workout other than basketball.
Behati Prinsloo Diet Plan and Workout Routine
Behati Prinsloo is naturally blessed with a lean and svelte physique—probably due to her love for swimming as a child. She works with her trainer in the gym and also does Pilates, paddle boards, and surfing.
In the past, because of her unhealthy habits of eating junk food and smoking, she was not part of Madrid’s 2006 Fashion Show. Since then, she has been eating healthy—foods like fresh fruits (especially avocado) and low-calorie proteins like eggs with toast. She drinks a lot of water to remove toxins from her body and decreasing calorie consumption.
