Emma Roberts is just like one of us! The American Horror Story actress Instagrammed her scrumptious breakfast consisting of deep fried wedges beside a bowl of ketchup and a stuffed burger.
But there is also something healthy on her plate. The Scream Queens star has some slices of avocado sprinkled with paprika.
She makes it a point to wish “Good Morning” to her 8.9 million followers and she also makes public her morning routine, even if it’s an unhealthy start like her recent post. Her day mostly starts with a walk down the streets.
Emma Roberts Diet Plan
Emma Roberts is genetically blessed with a slim and lean physique. Julia Roberts’ niece could have used her family name to rise to prominence but she built her career on her own. She is a star in her own right.
Being young, she has a great metabolism but that doesn’t steer her towards eating unhealthy foods. She adheres to a healthy and clean diet, and incorporates organic food. Organic food contains ample amounts of vitamins, minerals, carbs, and fiber which helps her look good and be healthy. She is not a big fan of dieting but ensures to keep a watch on her consumption and tries to vary it.
She hydrates herself with lots of water which helps to boost her metabolism, suppress her appetite, and keep her skin glowing. Whenever she has a craving for junk, she drinks plenty of water. She revealed to E! News her other secret to her glowing skin is coconut water.
Although she eats clean, she does have her cheat days and treats herself in moderation to pizza and sweets. If she has a craving to eat junk she will go ahead and have it. She also loves to indulge in Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Swedish Fish.
Emma Roberts Workout Routine
Reyn Studios in New Orleans is the place where Roberts heads for yoga sessions. She is also a big fan of Pilates.

Emma Roberts loves workouts that relax her mind and body. In the past, she suffered from anxiety and couldn’t sleep well. Since she has been practicing yoga and Pilates, she feels much more relaxed, helping her to sleep better.
Roberts shared a video showing the correct way of doing a side plank. Planks strengthen your lower back muscles, upper body muscles, abdominal muscles, glutes, and thighs. Planks are more effective than crunches and engages around 20 muscles.
Although sticking to a regular workout and healthy diet routine helps her stay in shape, she told E! News, “I feel my most beautiful probably just when I am laughing and having fun with my friends and kind of not caring what I look like.”
