Emma Watson attended the One Young World Summit opening ceremony on Saturday, September 28th, in Ottawa. Watson will be joined by Khalifeh and other feminist activists at the Summit to discuss women’s empowerment. They will also talk about challenging gender stereotypes.

The actress looked as charming and fit as ever.

Recently, Emma Watson shared a pic on Instagram, where she was seen wearing boxing gloves labelled SheFighter.

Watson mentions that she is ready and up any challenge after the SheFighting training. SheFighter is a studio established in the Middle East by Lina Khalifeh. It is the first self-defense studio established to empower women—mentally and physically—through learning self-defense techniques. Khalifeh initially started to train women in her parent’s basement, but as the demands soared, she opened a studio.

The SheFighter’s techniques give women the confidence to overcome any violent situations by making them secure and strong. Rather than being dependent on others for help during unavoidable circumstances, SheFighter encourages women to take up self-defense. There is no one real solution for violence against women, other than women transforming themselves to fight back. Khalifeh has more than 17 years of experience in practicing Martial Arts like Taekwondo, Kick-Boxing, Kung Fu, and Boxing. SheFighter is well-known among women, and a lot of people are opting for it.

Emma Watson’s Fitness Routine

Watson loves exercises that help her sweat, and that leave her with pink cheeks and bright sparkling eyes. She loves most sports, especially hockey and tennis, and likes running outdoors.

She works out five days a week for 90 minutes each day. Her workouts include Pilates, weight lifting, and sprints. Pilates can be practiced by a wide range of people to attain a lean and strong body.

She practices yoga, as well, to stay in shape. She insists that young girls should be happy with the way their body is, and not have impossibly high expectations, as this attitude lowers self-confidence.

She recommends pairing nutrition with fitness. The dieting rules that Watson also recommends to her fans include eating healthy, treating yourself to indulgences, and exercising regularly.

Emma Watson’s Diet

Watson’s health philosophy is pretty simple and easy to follow: eat what you like, as long as it’s healthy. But that alone won’t help you maintain the perfect figure; you do need to exercise regularly.

Watson loves food and loves cooking. She opts for home-cooked meals, and refrains from eating sugar and saturated fat, and she decreases salt consumption. Fresh fruits, vegetables, leans meats, and salads are rich in vitamins and minerals and must be consumed daily.

On her cheat days, she enjoys bagels, chocolate, and pizza. She does not abide by a six-meals-per-day plan; instead, she eats whenever she feels hungry.

Her healthy diet plan has helped her achieve a good figure and lustrous hair, nails, and flawless skin.
