Emma Watson, famous for her role as Harry Potter’s Hermione Granger, has booked another big role in the upcoming movie Beauty and the Beast, in which she will be playing Belle.

Watson rose to fame not only for her acting, but also for her killer body and looks. She knows the importance of healthy eating and fitness, and she’s very serious about it.

She knows that young girls struggle with their body images, and are constantly under pressure; this can destroy their self-confidence. They do whatever they can to get skinny, often resorting to unhealthy behaviors. It really disappoints Watson, and she says that health is far more than just being skinny.

She accepts her body as it is, and does not strive to be stick thin. She maintains her svelte figure with yoga, dancing, and tennis.

She told Star Magazine that sports make her feel good. She enjoys hockey, running, swimming, hill walking, hiking, and plenty of other outdoor activities that leave her with pink glowing cheeks, bright eyes, and great skin.

Emma Watson’s Diet Secrets

Watson follows a few simple rules to maintain her health and body.

Her sugar, salt, and saturated fat intake is minimal. Instead, she enjoys fruits, vegetables, lean meats, nuts, seeds, and salads. She consumes a balanced diet of proteins, carbohydrates and fibers.

Watson avoids junk and processed food, but on cheat days she enjoys bagels, chocolate, and pizza.

Having five to six meals a day isn’t possible due to her demanding schedule, so she eats whenever she wants.

Her diet is important for providing her with nutrients, and to keep her hair, nails, and skin looking good.

Watson’s rules for maintaining her health include eating healthy food, eat when you feel hungry, give yourself a treat, and most importantly: burn more calories than you take in.
