Hailee Steinfeld recently released her “Starving” music video featuring Zedd. The video begins with shadowy close-ups of the pop star, which really show how stunning she is.
The super fit singer is then shown full-body, dancing in a mesh top and sparkly shorts. At such a young age, Steinfeld has already accomplished so much from performing in movies to taking on her singing career. But how exactly does the singer/actress maintain her slender physique? Steinfeld is only 19 years old, so she basically has young age on her side when it comes to her amazing figure. The singer doesn’t embark on traditional workouts and diets like many other celebrities would.
In fact, years back, she tweeted, “In my workout clothes like I’m going to workout, but that’s so not happening.” The “Love Myself” singer still manages to look incredible even if she doesn’t put in the hours at the gym – who knows, maybe all the dancing she does on stage and in her videos is enough cardio?

Standing tall at 5’8, Steinfeld could basically be a supermodel alongside Gigi and Bella Hadid; but instead, she spends her days performing.
When it comes to her eating habits, Steinfeld doesn’t follow a strict diet plan – or any diet plan, really. She has a strong love for food and doesn’t really deprive herself of the things she wants to eat – if only we were all so lucky! It seems her young age helps keep her fit.
She does recognize the importance of nourishing one’s body; and so, generally she does eat pretty well by incorporating dark leafy greens, bran, whole-grain cereals, and black tea into her regular eating habits.
She’s basically a typical teenager who’s living the dream of stardom without much of a worry about looking a certain way or following some diet or workout plan.
It’s refreshing to see that a young star can be so confident and not succumb to peer pressures of Hollywood. Too many times we’ve seen young celebrities get bulldozed right down and develop eating disorders or other mental illnesses – case in point: Demi Lovato.
If Hailee Steinfeld can maintain her level of confidence, then she can definitely have a long-lasting career.
