Stunning model, Hailey Baldwin, has a fantastic body physique and looks sensational in a recent Instagram pic. Baldwin took to Instagram and posted this pic which shows her well-toned bikini body.

Actor, Stephen Baldwin’s daughter, Hailey, has captivated the fashion industry with her super fit and amazing looks. The 19-year-old model carries her bikini body with a lot of elegance and is popular among fitness fans for her amazingly curvy and toned body. How has she maintained her fitness? Well, she would probably credit it to her nutrition and exercise habits. She Instagrammed this pic and captioned it “balance work @kirkmyersfitness.”

Baldwin is seen performing her balance training on the Bosu ball. Fitness followers are known to use the Bosu ball, to shape the body, increase balance and flexibility, and sharpen reflexes. Many fitness enthusiasts perform basic yoga poses on the Bosu ball. The model also likes to practice yoga, and she is seen performing the balancing exercise with great ease in this video. The tag @kirkmeyersfitness, hints at the model indulging in a high intensity full body session.

Hailey Baldwin’s Workout Routine

Baldwin is deeply committed to her workout routine, which includes Pilates, yoga, and barre. She says, “I used to be a ballet dancer, so I enjoy those types of workouts.”

This Instagram pic shows the model’s body flexibility, and she even captions it, “stretching.” The pic resembles a gymnastic move, and reveals the model’s agility.

Having a well-toned bikini body means a lot of hard work, and Baldwin’s commitment to her workouts proves this. She does not shy away from posting her selfies, and says, “I don’t really think too much about it. I like selfies; I don’t post too much when I’m working. I’m pretty chill about it.”

The model reportedly heads for her yoga practice sessions at Y7 Studio in Los Angeles, with her best friend and model, Kendall Jenner. The sessions of hip hop yoga are a contemporary form of yoga, blending hip hop and asana yoga, and is followed by many of celebrities, including Baldwin and Jenner.

Hailey Baldwin’s Diet

The stunning model complements her workouts with a strict diet routine and is committed to healthy eating. She told Elle that, “I try to be very strict about eating, just for my skin and my body.”

She believes that keeping the body hydrated is great for the skin, she says, “I try to drink, like, a couple bottles throughout the day. I don’t know how many glasses that would amount to, but it’s important.”

The model may include eggs or oatmeal, a smoothie, or some type of healthy protein for breakfast. Lunch comprises of a gluten free meal, and would include salad, grilled veggies, fish, or a sandwich. She admits to keeping her meals gluten free, and says, “I don’t really eat a lot of gluten so I’m trying to be particular. I love a good kale Caesar salad [but with] no croutons. That’s usually one thing I leave out.” She follows the same diet routine for dinner, and includes a gluten free pasta, some sort of vegetable, and chicken.

She seems to like her desserts, and confesses liking Magnum bars. Everyone has a cheat day. What does Baldwin’s cheat day look like? She says, “A cheat day for me, the first thing that I crave, I’ll eat. That’s my rule. So if I wake up and I want pancakes, I’m gonna eat pancakes. If I want a cheeseburger for lunch or for dinner, I’m gonna eat it. If I want fries, I’m gonna eat the fries.” She also likes to indulge in her favorite burger sometimes, and says, “I love J.G. Melon. It is so good.”

There is no magic when it comes to fitness, and being super fit and obtaining a toned bikini body like celebrity model, Hailey Baldwin’s, means hard work.  The model is committed to an intense workout and strict diet routine.
