Hailey Baldwin has long mesmerized her fans with her killer looks. Her latest Instagram upload saw the model flashing her toned abs in a black crop top paired with black pants. Baldwin looks perfectly fit, thanks to her strict diet and workout routine.
She captioned the pic, “tryna multitask.”
Hailey Baldwin also uploaded another captivating pic taken at the Warner Bros. and InStyle Golden Globes after-party where she wore a sparkling pale pink Elie Saab gown with a thigh-high split. She was captured flaunting her toned legs and strong arms.

Hailey Baldwin’s Diet and Workout Routine
Hailey Baldwin posses incredible energy and is extremely flexible. Her Instagram is flooded with her workout pictures and amazing videos where she is seen stretching herself and doing back-breaking yoga poses. Sneak a peek into her Instagram account and you just may become a fitness freak.
In another one of her Instagram uploads, Baldwin can be seen engaged in a balancing workout on the Bosu ball. The trained classical ballerina can stretch herself in any way! She simply captioned it, “balance work.”
Even if she is unable to workout, Baldwin keeps moving to help burn some calories. She fuels herself for the intense workouts with a strict diet consisting of organic foods. She always eats clean and avoids sugar. She told Elle magazine, “I try to be very strict about eating just for my skin and my body.”
She drinks plenty of juices and they top her list, even while grocery shopping and traveling. The health conscious model also tried a metabolic detox before the New York Fashion Week last year. The detox cleansed her body and kept her energized for the fashion show.
Baldwin starts her day with eggs or oatmeal and a smoothie or a protein shake. She often opts for a protein-rich diet and enjoys eating peanut butter in her breakfast. Her lunch generally consists of kale Caesar salad without croutons, fish, grilled veggies, or a sandwich. Her dinner is almost the same as her lunch, consisting of veggies, gluten-free pasta, and chicken. The model prefers a mostly gluten-free diet.
Baldwin has also decreased her sugar intake. She will, on occasion, indulge in a Magnum ice cream bar. She snacks on nuts, seeds, and fresh fruits and stays away from processed foods. She does treat herself and while she was on a vacation in The Maldives, she indulged heavily and ate whatever she wanted because she feels “you’ve got to take advantage of those moments.” Indulging keeps you motivated and more dedicated to your diet.
