Haley Bennett, the American actress and singer, has stared in a number of films, with The Magnificent Seven being the most recent. Though Haley Bennett may not be a well-known name, she has gained fame through her recent movie—not to mention she is set to star in two other films this fall. The stunning star with the pretty face is definitely Hollywood’s new crush.

As a child, Bennett’s dad banned her from doing girl-stuff like wearing makeup and dresses—she also didn’t have a boyfriend. She says she was a tomboy when she was younger, and that she had very crooked teeth, a bad haircut, and no boobs. She just rode four-wheelers and caught tadpoles in the creek.

But life drastically changed after she made her entry into Hollywood.

In another pic, she mentioned that she made an apple pie from scratch and loved eating it.

She also had a conversation with Jimmy Fallon about her movie The Magnificent Seven. “If acting doesn’t work out, I’m probably going to be a professional chef,” Bennett told Los Angeles Times. “You’ll see me on ‘Top Chef’ someday. My Midwestern hospitality needs an outlet, you know?”

To get into shape, diet alone is not sufficient. A healthy diet must be supported with workouts. Opt for exercises like walking, running, jumping, climbing, swimming, jogging, dancing, or lifting weights. These can be done whenever you have time and don’t require a huge amount of commitment. You can also try the following:

Go for a half an hour walk, and avoid sitting down for too long. Use an elliptical for 30 minutes, 5 to 6 times a week.

Allow yourself a cheat day every now and then. Drink water, and only water.
