Here’s How Birthday Girls Kate Middleton, Nina Dobrev, & Nicola Peltz Stay in Shape

Kate Middleton, Nina Dobrev, and Nicola Peltz are each celebrating a birthday today, so in light of this, let’s take a closer look at the diet and workout secrets that keep these ladies looking younger and younger every year.

Kate Middleton Diet and Workout

The Duchess of Cambridge is now a mother of two, but you could hardly tell by looking at her slim figure. Middleton has been active her whole life, and that didn’t stop once she married into the royal family. Middleton loves to be outdoors and would much rather complete her cardio outdoors than in.

Middleton also combines her cardio with weightlifting for added benefits, which is why she has such a toned upper body, too.

She is very much into swimming as well as skiing, especially when she is on holidays. Basically, any activity that allows the Duchess to be active is exactly where she wants to be.

As for her diet, Middleton actually does not utilize the help of a dietician or nutritionist and she simply follows her own healthy eating plan – clearly this has worked in her favor such far. So what exactly does Middleton eat? Well, she enjoys lean meats, seafood and a variety of fruits and vegetables. On the other hand, Middleton is known to have a sweet tooth and will indulge here and there when a craving hits.

Nina Dobrev Diet and Exercise

The star of the Vampire Diaries, Nina Dobrev, has a killer body thanks to her diverse workouts. The actress has been active her whole life and has gone from being a dancer to a gymnast to being heavily involved in other sports, too. Some of her favorite workouts include hiking, surfing, spinning, and her most cherished of all: hot yoga.

Dobrev performs yoga four times a week and she enjoys it because it blends valuable stretching with cardio.

As for her diet, Dobrev adheres to a low-carb foods and her diet overall is quite balanced. She tries to avoid processed foods and sticks with lean proteins, fruits and vegetables, and healthy grains and fats. Dobrev sticks with six small meals a day as opposed to three large ones and always makes sure she is receiving adequate nutrients her body needs.

Nicola Peltz Diet and Workout

Growing up with six brothers, Peltz was quite active often playing hockey with the boys. As for her favorite workouts now, the actress and model enjoys hot yoga and SoulCycle. In an interview with The Violet Files, Peltz explained that her favorite workout buddy is her mom and her favorite song to sweat to is anything by Rihanna.

After Peltz finishes up a workout, she often enjoys blueberry pancakes from the Peninsula Hotel.

As you can see, Kate Middleton, Nina Dobrev, and Nicola Peltz all take part in healthy living habits that help them continue to look fit and youthful year after year. Happy birthday, ladies!
