Hilaria Baldwin is not just the wife of actor Alec Baldwin. She is also a successful yoga instructor, who co-founded NYC-based yoga studios, Yoga Vida, at 25 years old. At one point, the passionate yoga guru taught up to 36 classes a week, and she has said that her pregnancies do not stop her from “teaching herself.”
Hilaria Baldwin and Alec Baldwin were recently blessed with their third child, a son named Leonardo. The proud mother showcased her post-pregnancy body, just a week after giving birth, on Instagram.
She is open about the realities of pregnancy. Throughout her pregnancy and even post-birth, she shared her pics to depict how the human body changes. It is a really beautiful thing, she mentions.
The above pic was taken just 24 hours after Leonardo’s birth. Hilaria wrote that she felt a bit nervous to display her post-baby body, but she wants to do everything she can to normalize a real body and promote healthy self-esteem.
Hilaria currently focuses on post-baby fitness. She believes a balance of a healthy diet and exercise can help you to be happy, healthy, and strong.
She is encouraging her followers to embrace their own physiques and sharing an inspiring message about positive body image.
The above video shows Hilaria practicing stretching exercises. She stretches her back and shoulders and is working on her legs. Hilaria does 5 sets of these exercises.
Her upcoming posts will focus on getting back in shape, she says.
“If you eat healthy and treat your body well, it will go back to its original state,” Hilaria told Daily Mail Online weeks after welcoming her second child in 2015.
Hilaria Baldwin’s Pre Pregnancy Workout
The third trimester of pregnancy did not stop the diva from working out. She displayed a video on Instagram three weeks ago revealing her baby bump as she lifted a 7-pound weight. She did 3 sets of 15 tricep curls.
Hilaria said that in her first pregnancy, she used to go to NYC’s Physique 57 for classes nearly every day unless she was tired. At the start of her pregnancy, she went jogging and liked to go on a walk, too.
For the lower back pain, she included safe exercises to support the abs. She loved the cat or cow pose. Kegels – contracting and relaxing the pelvic floor muscles – support the pelvic floor, which will make the delivery easier, she noted.
“Yoga is great for circulation, for learning to breathe through the aches and pains of pregnancy, and for calming yourself when you’re having some sort of test that you’re nervous about,” she told Fit Pregnancy and Baby. Yoga breathing helped her keep her stress level low.
Hilaria Baldwin’s Diet
Prior to being pregnant, Hilaria consumed small meals, but now she reportedly eats a lot of whole grains – especially quinoa – and stacks a lot of calories throughout the day. The vegan had eliminated fish, any kind of dairy, and eggs, but now she is said to incorporate seafood, tofu, tempeh, and lots of beans in her diet.
The new mom will soon achieve the target of a fit body with a healthy diet and dedication towards fitness.
