Hilary Duff appears to be quite happy with new trainer-boyfriend, Jason Walsh. The Lizzie McGuire star is following a healthy lifestyle complete with fitness and diet plan. Although rumors have been flying for quite some time about Duff and Walsh’s relationship, it is definitely confirmed that the two are going steady, as they have been caught a few times showing off some serious PDA.
How much more convenient can it get to date your personal trainer? At least you know that your workouts and diet are well-taken care of. And you know what they say, “A couple that trains together, stays together,” so Duff really may be in for a long-lasting relationship after all.

Since her days from being a Disney child star, Duff has really grown up and is looking better than ever. The mom-of-one really put in a lot of work to regain her pre-baby body, but managed to look better than that, believe it or not.
Duff amped up her workouts and began getting into Pilates and running, along with adhering to a healthy diet.
For starters, Duff is all about moderation—she takes the good with bad. She no longer feels guilty about enjoying some french fries because she knows she will compensate by eating healthier the next day.
A big workout secret for Duff to stay in great shape is that she doesn’t stick to the same routine. In fact, she switches up her workouts which helps the muscles evolve and constantly be challenged. This always promotes weights loss and muscle growth rather than plateauing. Some of her workouts involve sprinting uphill, jumping rope in intervals, and run boxing combinations.
Exercise has benefitted Duff in more ways than just looking better—she now feels better, too. As a child star, she was often ridiculed about her weight and body. Since having a child and incorporating more exercise into her life, Duff has also improved her confidence in herself and her body.
She said in an interview, “I really do feel like working out has helped because you’re working hard for something. You feel stronger and a little more powerful. Nobody is ever perfect, but it helps to look for things to feel good about, rather than things to feel bad about.”
On discussing regaining back her pre-baby body after pregnancy, Duff told US Weekly, “I think if you ask any pregnant mom, they’re like ‘I want my body back,’ but it takes time. It takes nine months for your body to get that way and it’s putting on that weight on purpose.” As you can see Duff is quite positive when it comes to body image and offers great advice for those moms who may still be struggling with body changes.
It seems that Hilary Duff will have no problem maintaining her hot body as long as she keeps dating boyfriend-trainer, Jason Walsh. Clearly, the two have workouts and healthy living in common, so that’s a great hobby to share for sure.
