  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk, coconut milk, alcohol-free vanilla, eggs, stevia, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend on high speed until the mixture is frothy.
  2. Chill the beverage before serving.

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the sugar-free vanilla pudding mix, aspartame sweetener, non-fat milk, ground cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, and rum extract.   2. Pour into a large container with a tight-fitting lid and add in 3 cups of milk. Cover with lid and shake vigorously.
  3. Add the evaporated milk and the remaining 2 cups of milk and shake well again.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator and shake again before serving. Enjoy!
