Swimsuit model Irina Shayk and her actor boyfriend Bradley Cooper have been spending their summer traveling through Europe. In July, the A-list celebrity couple showed off their beach bodies around Lake Garda in Italy, and they also took in some Wimbledon tennis in London.
Although Shayk is a model, she loves to eat just about everything. Irina Shayk’s favorite foods include Pelmeni and Japanese food. Irina Shayk’s Instagram account recently revealed her love of pizza with a photo of a homemade cheese pizza with cherry tomatoes and basil:

Basically, the 30-year-old credits her good genes for her good looks; however, she admits that keeping balanced by eating healthy meals and working out also plays a big part in maintaining a slim figure.

Shayk has appeared in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition from 2007 to 2014. Shayk was also voted the sexiest woman in the world in 2011 by the Hungarian magazine Periodika. The supermodel likely wouldn’t have become the first Russian model to grace the cover of the prolific magazine in 2011 without a balanced diet and healthy habits.
Most of the time, Irina Shayk’s diet is healthy; however, when cravings hit, she also admits she doesn’t deprive herself of certain foods such as chicken nuggets, hamburgers, and pizza. Shayk has a cheat day at least twice a week.
What are some of Irina Shayk’s eating habits? Shayk stays away from caffeine and drinks plenty of water, fresh green juices, and green tea throughout the day. Shayk’s other healthy food favorites include oatmeal, kefir, hot lemon water, soups, vegetables, and fruits. For lunch, Shayk may consume a green salad with fish or chicken. For dinner, she may eat fish, chicken, or turkey breast with lentils.
Irina Shayk’s Gym Routine and Workout
Irina Shayk’s gym routine is also a big part of the model’s lifestyle. Shayk prefers not to be too skinny, and she spends time at the gym to feel good and attain a well-toned figure. Although Shayk believes people inherit the body they have, she also knows the importance of taking good care of it, especially at the gym with a balanced exercise routine.
Irina Shayk’s workout routine consists of at least five sessions per week. Shayk doesn’t want her body to be too muscular, so she avoids workouts like lunges, jumping, kettle ball exercises, and lifting weights higher than five pounds. Shayk is also obsessed with jujitsu and enjoys boxing, Pilates, and cardio exercises like jogging, running, and cycling. Shayk jogs for 15 minutes as a warm-up and follows that up with other cardio sessions for over an hour.
Irina Shayk is a professional swimsuit model and it takes some work to get her body in the shape it’s in. That is why Shayk’s diet includes oatmeal, vegetables, fruits, fish, chicken, and turkey. Shayk also loves a gym workout, especially with cardio exercises like jogging or running. It’s no wonder that Shayk and Bradley Cooper make a good couple. Cooper also enjoys a very active lifestyle.
