One look at Jenna Dewan and you wouldn’t believe she is a mother. The Step Up star is a mom to three-year-old daughter, Everly. Dewan’s Instagram upload a day before was from her photo shoot for Cosmopolitan magazine.
Dressed in a pure white dress with a daring thigh-high slit, the dancer never looked better. The off-shoulder long dress fit flawlessly over her stunning frame. The Take the Lead actress chose to wear it with light pink aerobic leg warmers and matching stilettos. She chose a sexy top bun with messy stands of hair framing her face. Dewan sported smokey eyes and bronze lips with radiant skin.

Jenna Dewan will be a host on JLo’s very own dance show, World of Dance. On Wednesday, Jennifer Lopez spoke about the upcoming dance competition, where contestants will compete for $1.0 million. The actress and singer who is also known for her amazing moves, is the show’s executive producer and judge. She said, “I identify with the struggles, passion, discipline, competition and exhilaration of dance.” She continued, “I am excited that with this show we can skyrocket a dancer’s career and help guide them to success.”
Lopez took to Instagram and posted a group shot with her fellow judges, Ne-Yo and Derek Hough, along with the beautiful host, Jenna Dewan Tatum. She captioned it, “Introducing #WORLDOFDANCE @neyo @derekhough and joining our lil family the lovely @jennaldewan #comingsoon #NBC.”
Jenna Dewan’s Workout and Diet Secrets
As mother and a wife, Jenna Dewan dedicates her time to eating right, working out, and keeping healthy. She also shed her post-pregnancy weight rather quickly. The secret? “I breastfed for a very long time, which helped a lot,” she said.
Jenna Dewan is devoted to spending as much time with her toddler as she can, so the star works out indoors while her daughter sleeps. She does everything from lunges to squats, as well as other toning exercises. She also advises new moms to not be so hard on themselves to shed weight off. “I think women put so much pressure to lose the weight instead of focusing more on, ‘oh my god we just gave birth to a human being,’ which is actually insane and beautiful. Give it time, give it time. It will come off,” says Dewan.
Jenna loves experimenting with her exercises and often does a combination of spin classes, weight training and dance-based workouts to keep her fit. She also enjoys working out with her husband. “Chan really only likes to do Crossfit. We are naturally very competitive so we have fun. Yeah, we have a good time. It’s just finding a good time to do it, really,” she reveals.
Jenna Dewan follows a vegan diet and her meals generally consist of green smoothies or oatmeal for breakfast. Lunch and dinner usually consists of quinoa bowls with harvest vegetables or tacos with rice, beans, avocado, and tempeh.
