Jessica Biel shared a fun video with her two million followers on Instagram of her doing an acrobatic back flip while on vacation with husband Justin Timberlake showing off her slim figure in black bikini bottoms and a cropped black shirt.
The new parents are on vacation in the Bahamas with friends. Presumably the couple’s child is there on holiday with them as well.
Jessica Biel’s Workout
What does Jessica Biel do to make it so she has the firm, slim figure that she has? Her workout combines sprinting, cardio exercises, running, and weight training. She works out with celebrity trainer Jason Walsh, who is famous for training other celebrities including Ben Affleck, Kate Beckinsale, Natalie Portman, and Reese Witherspoon.
Biel works with Walsh two to three times a week, and they do a lot of circuit and strength training, especially for her back and legs, which she says are quite weak from years of doing gymnastics when she was younger.
Wash says that the secret to the new mom’s body is her commitment and dedication; for her, it is a lifestyle, and she loves how she feels afterwards. They do a lot of full body movements (plyometrics) that get the heart rate up and keep it there for a set amount of time.
Walsh says that the best way to lose weight is to combine exercise with nutrition and physical therapy. He also firmly believes that spending more than an hour at a time in the gym is a waste of time, because the focus should be on intensity and not duration.
Yoga is an activity Biel loves to do regularly because it keeps her muscles long and flexible. When the weather is good (and time permits), she likes to spend as much time outdoors as possible playing volleyball and jogging with her dog.
Jessica Biel’s Diet
Biel told Elle magazine in an interview that “getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, having a healthy diet, and staying away from alcohol are musts. It’s so boring, I know, but doing those things really helps.” One of the actresses’ favorite restaurants is Real Food Daily because of the organic vegan cuisine it serves. But she does a lot of cooking at home herself with vegetables and grains.
Other diet secrets include eating a lot of vegetables, including fermented vegetables and proteins. Probiotics and fermented vegetables are great for her skin and digestion, she says. Biel also drinks a lot of green tea.

Jason Walsh advises that to lose weight we need to cut portion sizes down. For breakfast try French toast with whole grain bread and egg whites and lunch can be a sweet potato tuna melt. For dinner, spaghetti and meat balls made with spaghetti squash instead of regular pasta and turkey meatballs. He encourages one day off a week from diets to just eat the foods you crave and want.
