JoJo Fletcher, Jordan Rodgers’ Weekend Food Habits: Bachelorette Star’s Dietary Secrets to Bikini Body

Former Bachelorette JoJo Fletcher and fiancé Jordan Rodgers are going strong, and they posted to Instagram to prove it. The oh-so-cute couple posed snuggling up on the couch and captioned how much they love to maximize their “QTC”—that’s short for Quality Couch Time. In fact, they both travel so much that they like to keep the weekend low key.

That means ordering in their favorite food through Postmates and lounging. Very cute, you guys. So, what are some other food habits that these two share? Well, we have the scoop on how JoJo Fletcher keeps her amazing shape—here are some of her fitness secrets.

JoJo Fletcher on Diet and Exercise

Oh, how we love you JoJo Fletcher. You are laid back, down to earth and, well, you have a killer bod. Many people want to know how Fletcher manages to look so good and keep a positive attitude.

The truth is that the former bachelorette has a relaxed approach to her health and wellness, including her diet. It’s no wonder she can flaunt her figure in a bikini and look flawless; she’s clearly doing something right!

What you might be surprised to know is that Fletcher actually struggles with dieting. In fact, she is a self-professed foodie, and revealed that she loves food “too much” to US Magazine. She has even wished that pizza was healthy (she is not alone there). Some of her guilty pleasures include indulging in truffle mac n’ cheese and Mexican food—pretty much anything cheesy is her go to on cheat days.

Aside from what she likes to indulge in occasionally, JoJo follows an overall healthy diet. The 26-year-old, who was born and raised in Texas, even likes to cook her own meals. As she gets older, she has learned to cook more of her own meals instead of eating in restaurants so frequently.

This is a great way to avoid excess sugars, fats, and sodium that’s in prepared foods. It’s not a stretch to assume that JoJo likes to eat whole, fresh, and nutrient dense foods like fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins.

A popular meal that she loves is super easy to make; grilled chicken and steamed broccoli. By following a diet plan with meals like this, she is able to have a cheat day because the rest of her diet is consistently healthy.

Her exercise regimen is also easy to follow. Athletic since childhood, JoJo played volleyball, basketball, and even ran track, so she is not a stranger to being active. Nowadays, instead of sports, JoJo likes to do cardio workouts at the gym a couple of times per week.

As you may know, cardio workouts are excellent for cardiovascular health and melting away excess calories. JoJo likes to do spin classes or use the StairMaster as part of her cardio workouts. She’s not afraid to work up a sweat.

Sometimes, JoJo even likes to take her workouts outdoors—she will take her German shorthaired pointer dog named Jackson to the park for a stimulating run. This is a great way to enjoy the outdoors while still doing something great for your health.
