Singer-songwriter and actress, Kelly Osbourne, is in exceedingly great shape these days, and her recent video on Instagram reveals how super fit she is.
The former Fashion Police star took to Instagram and posted this video and captioned it, “A whole new kinda rope burn!!! #FeelingTheBurn”
The video highlights her rope workout, which is filled with energy and also shows how hard Osbourne works to keep her body in shape.
Born to parents Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, the star that used to be overweight focused on a healthy lifestyle centered on eating right and exercising more. Since 2009, it’s been reported that she achieved a weight loss of almost 70 pounds. The star’s fitness journey is very encouraging, and a lot of fitness followers will find her diet plan and workout routine helpful.
She told Huffington Post, “Once I learned how to work out right and eat right, it’s one of those things that you just have to commit to a life change rather than being on a diet. Because a diet doesn’t work. You lose weight and you stop it and it will all come back. Her workouts are designed by her personal trainer, Sarah, who is often associated with the blue clay foundation in Los Angeles. Her trainer incorporated workouts that included cardio, Bosu, and power plate. She starts her workouts with some light exercises, like jogging, using the treadmill, and a mix of exercises like, squats, push-ups, planks, and cross training. She also admits that when she started her weight loss journey, she worked out for five to six times per week.
The celebrity loves to practice yoga, Pilates, resistance training, and weights. The star is reported to receive her yoga training by Yoga trainer, Jill Miller. Osbourne is also trained by trainer, Fred Khorshidi, and dance instructor, Louis Van Amstel, who helped the star with dancing for the television series, Dancing with the Stars.

The star turned to a diet plan that focused on her weight loss goal. She told Shape, “The three things I did to really change my diet were: Start eating breakfast, drink water instead of soda, and always have a snack in the evening.” She doesn’t like diet foods, and added, “…they make you miserable and don’t fill you up.”
Osbourne likes to have a heavy breakfast, and confesses to even having a pizza for breakfast at times. She would have a salad for lunch and oatmeal for dinner. She also allows herself to have cheat meals, which would consist of pizza and French fries.
A sample diet might include:
Breakfast: Osbourne may include Raisin Bran with low fat milk or two egg whites with fallow cheese
Morning snack: She could have dill pickles or sliced cucumbers
Lunch: She may have chopped salad with fallow mozzarella, grilled chicken salad with fallow dressing, and chickpeas
Afternoon snack: She could include Babybel Light cheese or Sugar-free Jell-O
Dinner: She might have a turkey burger with fallow cheese and a salad with fallow dressing or Turkey burger and steamed vegetables
Evening snack: She may have an apple or a small spinach salad with fallow dressing
