Model Kendall Jenner’s diet includes lots of healthy foods, including regular consumption of green tea and avocados. Green tea is loaded with antioxidants that fight off free radicals and avocado is high in protein and healthy fats. Though she was blessed with good genes (she is, after all, sister to all those beautiful Kardashian women), she admits she could be lazy but that she chooses not to and works hard instead to ensure her body is as fit as it can be.

She takes her job as a model seriously and puts in the work, and her efforts are clearly visible… and enviable. Her abs alone can make headlines these days, and she admits that she takes comfort in knowing that if at any point she needs to show off said abs, she can and will feel confident about it. She uses the same workout trainer her sister Khloe Kardashian used in her recent weight loss efforts.

Drinking green tea every day is part of her healthy diet. The tea helped Jenner lose 15 pounds before she walked the catwalk for Chanel’s spring lineup in January. This is likely due to green tea’s EGCG content—it’s a powerful antioxidant that can help people lose weight when they drink the tea regularly.

But one of her other secrets to losing weight and keeping it off is to have a shot of apple cider vinegar every day. Apple cider vinegar has long been used for many health ailments and weight loss; however, while anecdotal evidence supports these claims, there is little scientific research to substantiate it.

Another diet trick that helped Kendall Jenner lose weight was to eat fiber first thing in the morning and load up on it so that she remained full for hours after. A typical breakfast for her was oatmeal with eggs and avocado. Eggs and oatmeal are a common combination for athletes and weightlifters because of the high protein/carb combination.

Looking like Kendall Jenner will take more than following her diet and including green tea and avocado, but these will certainly make for a great starting point. Eat clean and in moderation, and stick to an exercise routine, and you’ll make progress too!
