Kardashian follows a carb-free and dairy-free diet and starts her day with a glass of water and a black coffee. And she drinks lots of water throughout the day.
Breakfast may be oatmeal, and lunch is sometimes Chinese chicken salad. Snacks will include water infused with fruit, fruit with plain Greek yogurt, veggies, or apple with nuts or peanut butter.
Dinner is also clean and contains steamed veggies and fish, along with a mashed cauliflower dish.
Khloe is also a salad person and pre-makes salads to store in her fridge. One of the favorites is a spinach salad with fruit and walnuts or pecans; sometimes she will add baked chicken breast.
