Khloé Kardashian Fitness
They’re calling Kardashian’s transformation her “revenge body” and rightfully so. She has been through a lot, from getting married to divorcing to dealing with her ex nearly overdosing on drugs and finally being able to move on in love.
Kardashian has been very open about her dedication to healthier living, especially with the help of friend and personal trainer Gunnar Peterson. The two worked together five to six times a week for two-and-a-half years for Kardashian to achieve her fitness and body goals.
In an interview with Self magazine, Peterson explained, “It’s about being consistent, and it’s about the effort that goes into it every time. Nobody in my gym phones it in.”
Kardashian’s workouts involve switching from lower body exercises to upper body exercises. Peterson’s workouts for Kardashian also involve strength exercises along with circuit training.
Although Kardashian and Peterson don’t work out together as often as they did, Peterson still offers Khloe plenty of support through her body transformation and will offer guidance if she ever falls off the plan.
In order to look and feel her best, Khloé Kardashian dedicated much of her time to improving herself. Now that she has attained her goal, she is looking better than ever, and even her confidence seems to have improved.
