Khloe Kardashian looks better than ever and it may be attributed to her “two-a-day” workout, which includes intense cardio.
For many of us, just fitting in one workout a day is hard enough, but for the 32-year-old Kardashian, sometimes one just doesn’t cut it. The reality star opened up about her two-a-day workout routine that involves both a morning and an evening workout.
The gym addict didn’t always complete two workouts a day. She first added this training style into her fitness routine because she wanted to push and challenge her body. These changes occurred prior to a birthday she was going away on vacation for. She wanted to look and feel her best and managed to do that by working out twice daily.
Her two-a-day routine consisted of intense morning cardio, which would wake her up and provide her energy; and in the evening, she would perform exercises that helped her gain and build muscle.
It may seem enough of a struggle to manage two workouts a day, but Kardashian admits that it’s more challenging to schedule her hair and makeup routine in between the two workouts.
Khloe Kardashian’s Unhealthy Habits
Although Kardashian has developed many healthy habits and has really transformed her body, this Instagram post of her holding a Coke suggests that she may still have some unhealthy habits, too.

Carbonated drinks have a long list of health consequences as most are loaded with sugar or artificial sweeteners, which can contribute to weight loss. Now we don’t know for sure how much soda Kardashian drinks or whether Coke sponsors her, but if she is consuming Coke on the regular, that could put a damper on her fitness goals.
Along with the carbonated beverages, Khloe and her sisters – Jenners included – are often posting advertisements for fit and detox teas. These teas promise to help cleanse the body, relieve bloating, and of course aid in weight loss.
Because the Kardashians are being paid by these companies to promote their products, it’s hard to say if their assessments are true. If you do your own investigation on them, you will see mixed reviews. Although tea, in general, has been found to offer health benefits, we’re a bit skeptical as to whether some of those benefits include weight loss and de-bloating.
The main problem with detox teas is the herbal laxative ingredient contained in many of them, known as senna. Although in the short-term senna can be beneficial, long-term consumption of it can lead to complications including diarrhea, vomiting, dehydration, and electrolyte imbalance – all things that none of us, including the Kardashians, would want to experience.
You can’t deny that Khloe Kardashian does look amazing and has managed to lose quite a bit of weight over the last few years. Sure, working out twice a day can help you maximize weight loss as you are burning more calories than you are taking in; but we don’t necessarily suggest that you follow in her footsteps and opt for carbonated drinks or detox and cleansing teas.
