Kylie Jenner took to Instagram to share a sizzling selfie. She looked fabulous in a golden bralette, under a grey sweatshirt showcasing her flat abs.

She has long mesmerized her fans with her killer looks and still continues to do so. Let’s take a sneak peak into her fitness and diet regimens.

Kylie Jenner Never Worked Out!

Back in 2014, Kylie Jenner said she doesn’t have a workout routine! She told Instyle UK, “I haven’t worked out in 2 years.” Although she didn’t have a workout routine back then, she tried to stay fit by staying active. She went for runs in the Hollywood Hills. If at any point Jenner felt she was gaining weight, she would simply use the same workout routine as her sisters.

Kylie Jenner’s Workout Routine

Jenner has since taken workouts more seriously. At least, this is what her Instagram snaps reveal! She works on her legs, abs, butt, and arms with help of her trainer, Gunnar Peterson. Her weekly workout routine is given below.

Monday and Wednesday Workout

On these days Jenner focuses on thighs, glutes, biceps, back, and abs.

One set of 15 reps each of:
Dumbbell squats
Skater lunges
Stability ball leg curls
Single-leg lunges
Dumbbell bicep curls
Side lunges
Cable lat pull-downs
Dumbbell rows

One set of 25 reps each of:
Crunches
Ball throws
Reverse crunches

Planks one set of 90 seconds
One set of 15 minutes HIIT cardio
Repeat circuit two to three times
After each circuit she does five minutes of cardio

Tuesday and Thursday Workout

The below workouts focuses on chest, shoulders, arms, and abs.

1 set of 15 reps each of:
Dumbbell flys
Dumbbell chest presses
Shoulder presses
Wood chops
Dumbbell curls
Triceps extensions
Lateral dumbbell raises

One set of 25 reps each of:
Bicycle crunches
Reverse crunches
Ball throws

60 to 90 seconds of:
Plank with leg lifts
Mountain climbers

15 minutes of HIIT cardio
Repeat circuit two to three times
After each circuit she does five minutes of cardio

Kylie Jenner’s Diet

Kylie Jenner’s sister, Khloe Kardashian, says, “Kylie eats like a typical teenager. But she’s also super aware of what she puts in her body when it comes to fresh and organic foods. It’s all about that moderation, boo!”

Kylie Jenner’s biggest diet secret which she has learned from her older sister, Kendall Jenner, is drinking Fit Tea. It detoxes your body and also helps to burn fat. Jenner also likes to drink organic juices and eat kale salad, but if she has to indulge, it would definitely be french fries. Her preparations for a photo shoot or any event start with cutting down on carbs. Although she cuts down on carbs, she doesn’t compromise with taste. She opts for foods high in fiber that taste good.

She swears by the grapes and rice diet. The fiber from the grape skin slows digestion down and the little fruit also has high amounts of natural sugar. The yellow rice which Jenner opts for is high in fiber.
