Kylie Jenner is seen confidently flaunting her bikini body after her weight loss. The dashing celeb did not get the captivating figure overnight; it was a result of her rigorous workouts.

She shared a sizzling picture on Instagram revealing her astonishing weight loss.

Kylie Jenner’s Weight Loss Diet

Kylie Jenner recommends that her fans plan ahead of time and keep some healthy snacks at hand. It’ll help you satisfy your craving and to avoid heading to a fast food joint. She always has Justin’s Almond Butter packets with her to snack on when she feels like grabbing some munchies.

Although her detailed diet plan isn’t known to us, she says she includes Fit Tea Detox, organic juice, and Kale salads into her weight loss diet.

She likes sipping pressed juices and water. Jenner abandoned coconut oil and dairy products after finding out that she was allergic to them.

“I’m living out my youth, not doing any exercise and eating what I want,” she said in 2014. Since then, her love of fried and fatty food, cheese, and other dairy products made her gain 15 pounds. She was fast to go back on her word and hire a trainer to help melt the fat away.

Jenner’s trainer, Gunnar Peterson, helps her define muscles and focus on her legs, abs, butt, and arms.

Jenner’s Monday/Wednesday workout focuses on her legs (thighs and glutes), biceps, back and abs and includes one set of each of the below exercises:

  • Dumbell Squats
  • Single-Leg Lunges
  • Skater Lunge
  • Side Lunge
  • Stability Ball Leg Curls
  • Cable Lat Pulldowns
  • Dumbbell Rows
  • Dumbbell Bicep Curls
  • Crunches
  • Reverse Crunches
  • Ball Throws
  • HIIT cardio

Her Tuesday/Thursday workout focuses on her chest, shoulders, arms, and abs and includes one set of each of below exercises:

  • Dumbbell Chest Press
  • Dumbbell Fly’s
  • Wood Chops
  • Shoulder Press
  • Lateral Dumbbell Raises
  • Dumbbell Curls
  • Triceps Extensions
  • Ball Throws
  • Bicycle Crunches
  • Reverse Crunches
  • HIIT cardio

After one circuit, she does five minutes of HIIT cardio (High Intensity Interval Training), followed by another circuit and then another 15 minutes of HIIT.

In a New York Times article, Jenner credits her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, for helping her stay in shape and lose 15 pounds. Jenner says that she sometimes joins Kourtney for a workout and comments that working out with a friend or family member helps achieve outstanding and rewarding results.
