Lady Gaga also did a great job pulling off the famous pink satin robe that all the Victoria’s Secret models wear before the big show. Lady Gaga is able to perform on stage and dress like a supermodel due to her intense workout and diet regimen. Let’s take a look at how Lady Gaga keeps in shape.

Lady Gaga’s Workout Routine

Like most celebrities, Lady Gaga puts in her time at the gym. Lady Gaga follows the five-factor workout and diet from her personal trainer Harley Pasternak, who also trains A-list celebrities like Alicia Keys, Halle Berry, and Robert Downey Jr.

Lady Gaga’s exercise program includes dancing during her rehearsals; however, she will also warm up with cardio exercises like running. She will then jump rope for five to 10 minutes. Lady Gaga then performs an exercise developed by Harley Pasternak called the Harley Bar.

She will do three 10-rep sets of the Harley Bar exercise, which is basically a combination of a barbell and dumbbell exercises. Lady Gaga also performs three 10-rep sets of the skater lunge and one 30-rep set per side of a seated trunk twist.

Lady Gaga also enjoys stretching and yoga as part of her workout routine. Yoga is a perfect combination of physical postures and meditative exercises that help to balance Lady Gaga’s emotional health while giving her a good workout at the same time. Lady Gaga is a long-time yogini that practices Bikram and hot power yoga at local yoga studios wherever she travels.

Lady Gaga will follow the Harley Pasternak routine and yoga for 30 minutes daily, Monday to Friday. However, Saturday and Sunday are strictly dedicated to cardio workouts for burning fat.

Lady Gaga has always been active; however, at one point she decided she wanted the best abs, arms, and legs.  So she stepped up her workout routine ever further with a really intense abs workout. What’s the secret to Lady Gaga’s amazing abs?

She does a lot of crunches. She starts with some basic crunches, then does reverse crunches, and ends with double crunches.

Lady Gaga’s Healthy Diet

What does Lady Gaga eat? Lady Gaga follows Harley Pasternak’s five-factor diet. The diet allows for Lady Gaga to eat five times daily, including two large meals and three smaller snacks. The foods fall into five categories, which include low-glycemic carbs, lean proteins, fiber, healthy fats, and a sugar-free beverage. The diet also allows for one cheat day every week.

What are some of Lady Gaga’s favorite foods on the diet? They include tofu, hummus, coconut water, turkey slices, and salsa with grain chips.

Lady Gaga did such a great job singing at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Hey, with the way she looks, eats, and exercises, she can probably even walk down the runway herself.
