Scream Queens star Lea Michele recently showed off her curves and bikini body in a sexy Instagram post.
The former Glee actress is looking hotter than ever at 30 and is definitely flaunting what she’s got. During her latest shoot for Shape magazine, the actress opened up about her fitness program, workout and diet plans, and body confidence.
Michele said in the interview with the magazine, “I love my shape because it’s unique to me. I’m 5’2″, and I get a lot of compliments on my legs, which is funny for a short girl. But they’re one of my favorite things about my body.”
Earlier this year Michele was photographed making an appearance at a Vanity Fair event, where she gave everyone a glimpse of her abs. The actress wore a black cropped top and black wide-legged pant, which revealed her chiseled abdomen.
When it comes to Michele’s workout plan, she has made it very clear that she loves SoulCycle. She even enjoys yoga and hiking, which is proven via her Instagram account. Michele also enjoys eating well; during her shoot with People magazine, the star admitted to making her own smoothies and salads.
Although Michele has been through heartbreak – losing her co-star and boyfriend Cory Montieth – she has since embraced a newer, healthier side to her life that not only involved vigorous workouts but also focusing on her own happiness and embracing who she really is.
