Liam Hemsworth’s fiancée Miley Cyrus decided to skip the MTV VMAs this year as she was out for dinner in Malibu.
The “Party in the USA” singer went to Soho House with mom Tish, and shared that she was too busy for the awards show because she would be doing some yoga and making out with her dogs. Okay, Miley. It seems the singer wasn’t shy to show off her incredible legs, though.
While she was out and about, Cyrus was snapped wearing a tailored and frilly white blouse and short shorts with some killer combat boots. Her legs look lean and strong, so let’s find what Miley Cyrus does to stay in shape.

As a new judge for the 11th season of the hit TV show The Voice (which premieres Sept. 19), Miley Cyrus will sit alongside fellow musicians Blake Shelton, Adam Levine and Alicia Keys.
She also has a sixth studio album that’s in the works. Seriously though, who can forget Miley Cyrus in her music video for “Wrecking Ball”, where the singer was wearing absolutely nothing! She definitely has to keep in shape to have that kind of confidence.
So, what is the Miley Cyrus’ daily diet plan? Well, Cyrus follows a clean vegan diet. While her views on a vegan lifestyle may be extreme to some, other people might say she is passionate. She is a true animal lover – she began her vegan lifestyle after the passing of her cherished dog, Floyd.
Following a vegan diet means that Miley refrains from eating animals and all animal by-products including eggs, cheese, and milk. Instead, she eats plants, legumes, nuts, seeds, vegetables and fruits – all foods she describes as “alive”. Many say that a vegan diet can contribute to the reversal of several illnesses such as diabetes and cancer.
Some of Cyrus’ favorite vegan-friendly foods include avocados; green juices that may include kale or spinach; and vegetables like mushrooms, peas, tomatoes, peppers and carrots. She might also opt for protein sources like tempeh (fermented soy), veggie burgers, tofu and hummus, and she has also shared photos of a meal containing flowers (yes, some are edible!)

How does Miley Cyrus keep her toned legs? Well, she actually exercises up to six times per week. The 23-year-old has been spotted attending the Mari Winsor’s Pilates Gym in L.A. frequently. She places significant importance on her Pilates workout.
Pilates is excellent for building long and lean muscles as well as building core strength. It’s not a stretch to assume that this type of fitness really helps Cyrus when traveling on the road, performing on grueling tours.
In addition to Pilates, Cyrus cycles and dances to keep fit and also does yoga. Yoga facilitates a body-mind connection and helps with stress reduction and deep breathing.
Miley Cyrus is not afraid to be bold when it comes to her music, image, or her healthy lifestyle. Although it may not be for everyone, opting to eat vegan or vegetarian just one day per week is an excellent way to avoid excess saturated fat and incorporate more veggies and greens into your diet.
