Lily Aldridge, Elsa Hosk, and Taylor Hill Flaunt Their Stunning Bikini Bodies for Victoria’s Secret Christmas Campaign

Lily Aldridge, Elsa Hosk, and Taylor Hill all flaunt their stunning bikini bodies for the Victoria’s Secret Christmas campaign. The Angels have landed in Paris and are gearing up to walk the runway for the show, which is being taped this week and will air in December.

But to get the hype going around the campaign, Aldridge, Hosk, and Hill took part in some holiday pictures that featured the girls opening presents, hanging out around the tree, and even some topless shots which showed off the girls other assets.

No doubt, these ladies put in plenty of work in order to achieve their model figures, but exactly what bikini body secrets are they hiding?

Bikini Body Secrets of Victoria’s Secrets Angels

For Aldridge, she always ensures that her refrigerator is stocked with avocados as they are an important part of her diet. She has admitted to putting avocados on rice cakes or eating them plain, or even making guacamole.

When it comes to her workout routine, Aldridge enjoys Ballet Beautiful and works with Mary Bowers, her trainer. She isn’t a fan of running and has found that ballet-centered workouts have better transformed her body.

Elsa Hosk’s fitness diary begins with bacon and eggs for breakfast, a panini and soup for lunch, and ends with dinner, which can vary. She isn’t a big snacker, and to prevent snacking, she usually just eats three larger meals so she doesn’t become hungry.

Her diet is as organic and natural as possible, and she strongly avoids processed foods—especially processed meat—but her favorite guilty pleasure is grilled cheese.

As for her workouts, she enjoys boxing and basketball, and believe it or not, Hosk doesn’t work out to music.

Lastly for Taylor Hill, she completes specific workouts and follows a specific diet in order to maintain her body. In an interview with Byrdie, Hill said, “I used to do a lot of weight training, lifting and things like that.

It was really difficult, which I liked, but then I realized I wasn’t really getting the results that I wanted. You have to drink gnarly protein shakes and all of that to build that muscle, especially when you’re as tall as me. I’m like, I can’t develop muscle, it’s just not working!”

Now Hill works alongside a personal trainer to help her achieve the results she is looking for. Furthermore, she admitted that working with a trainer helps her stay focused as she used to cheat on workouts without one.

Hill opened up about some of the workout routines she completes with her trainer and said, “We do a lot of slow, muscle-targeting movements with gliding discs and two-pound weights. Almost kind of floor Pilates in a way, because we get on the floor and she puts resistance bands around my ankles and things like that.

It’s so hard—it doesn’t sound hard and it doesn’t look hard, but I could back squat, like, 85 pounds, and I quiver when I do this. I’m like, Oh my God, I can’t stand up anymore because I’m so sore! It’s amazing.”
