Margot Robbie took to Instagram sporting a fresh look in a big hat while enjoying a cooler, looking radiant. Harley Quinn is in great shape ahead of Gotham City Sirens.
With Suicide Squad earning over $745 million worldwide, Margot Robbie is at the peak of her career. She is bagging a cluster of roles with the latest one in Gotham City Sirens.
Not only does she have great talent, but she has an enviable physique, too. Her good looks and honed physique are always the talk of the town. It’s hard to believe that Robbie worked out for three hours on most days while shooting for Suicide Squad.
Her trainer, Andie Hecker, revealed the secrets to her lean physique and how Robbie got in shape for the role. She told People, “She was a total trooper. It was very satisfying to see her body change into exactly what she wanted it to look like in such a short time.” To confidently sport the Suicide Squad shorts, she had to have toned butt and legs so she did plenty of side series outer thigh work. It targeted her outer glutes with high reps and low weights, pulling in her muscles to end up with a toned physique as a result.
Margot Robbie’s Workout Routine
Margot Robbie’s workouts include ballet, Pilates, and cardio exercises like jump rope, rebounding, and ballet jumps. She adheres to heavy-weighted, low reps of arabesque pulls hooked up to resistance pulleys. To uplift and tone her butt, she does ballet style arabesque lifts with heavy ankle weights.
The workouts which Robbie especially enjoys are those which make her sweat. She loves cycling, running, and ice-hockey. She also practices yoga which helps her to have a flexible body and also relaxes her after a tiring day. Her super toned flat abs are a result of doing crunches.
A lot of her workouts involve full-body work including swimming, which is a terrific exercise that targets and strengthens all the muscles. All the exercises contribute to that perfectly toned physique of hers.
Margot Robbie’s Diet Plan
Margot Robbie loves to eat and she often indulges in beer, burgers, cakes, and fries. If she has to film for a particular role, she will have a restrictive diet. During those times, she adopts an extreme diet of carrot sticks.
For her strenuous workout routines, she fuels her body by eating healthy nutrient-rich foods but stays away from counting calories. She includes lots of green veggies and fruits in her diet to keep her healthy and glowing. She consumes wholesome foods like rice, oats, and cereals.
While Harley Quinn is already sporting a great figure ahead of Gotham City Sirens, her admirers are sure to be eager to see her on screen!
