Megan Fox’s Workout Routine
Megan Fox works out really hard to stay slim and toned. She works out five days per week and her workout sessions include a combination of Pilates, cardio, and spinning classes. She also performs circuit exercises with celebrity trainer, Harley Pasternak, and follows his 5-Factor Fitness Plan.
The workout starts with a cardio session of five to 30 minutes followed by strength exercises which are performed in “supersets” (when two exercises are performed in a row without stopping). The core exercises are performed separately. After doing the cardio warm-up session, she performs each circuit, repeating it three times. These include upper body circuit supersets (two sets of 25 reps with no rest between sets), lower body circuits (two sets of 25 reps with no rest between sets), core sets (four sets of 20 reps with no rest between sets), and cardio cool down (five minutes).
Megan Fox’s Diet Plan
Megan Fox follows the 5-Factor Diet Plan by Harley Pasternak as well. According to this diet plan, Fox divides her meals into five portions a day. She avoids junk and processed foods and consumes a lot of fruits and vegetables.
Breakfast is very important to her and she never misses it. She includes two egg whites in her breakfast daily. Fox munches on almonds as they are a good source of vitamin E and to also help keep her hunger in check. She adds apple cider to her salads to promote weight loss.
Megan Fox is in the running for the role as Poison Ivy in the Suicide Squad spin off, Gotham City Sirens. Though nothing has been confirmed yet, fans are holding their breath in anticipation.
