Megyn Kelly Diet: Fox News Anchor Follows Fiber-Rich Diet to Stay in Shape

Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly credits The F-Factor Diet by Manhattan dietitian Tanya Zuckerbrot for her figure. She claims that she looks and feels fantastic without starving and by relying completely on a fiber-Rich diet. “I would recommend The F-Factor Diet because it is a great book and a great way of eating,” she tells Michelle Moore.

The F stands for fiber. “The more fiber you’re eating, the more calories you’re burning while at rest,” says Zuckerbrot. She insists on replacing the long hours spent in the gym with a high-fiber diet to get rid of fats.

Turkey chili (made with 93% lean ground turkey breast, tomatoes, and fresh veggies)
A cup of yogurt with 2 high-fiber crackers

Water, V8 juice, or any zero-calorie beverage

Snack

4 high-fiber crackers, 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese

Dinner

Salad of carrots, cabbage, and/or broccoli and 4 ounces of chicken dressed with peanut butter, soy sauce, or Asian spices

2 high-fiber crackers

Water or sugar free beverage

1 glass wine

Dessert, If Desired

1 additional glass of wine

Megyn Kelly’s F-Factor Diet

Kelly says she lost eight to 10 pounds in the first month-by sticking to a high-fiber, lean-protein diet, which kept her full till the next meal.

She avoids diet pills and frozen meals and instead opts for whole, natural foods that are rich in fiber, nutrient dense, slow down digestion, and boost metabolism, making the body burn calories.

Even while dining out, Kelly chooses wisely at her favorite restaurants, controls herself around temptations, and enjoys wine or other sugar-free beverages.
